Health Interview
In this section, I will present an interview conducted with a family member/friend/faculty member about a health-related topic. The interview includes the questions asked, their responses, and my personal reflection on what I learned from this discussion.
Interview reflection
From this interview, I learned that maintaining health during stressful times depends on simple daily habits. Small actions like sleeping well, exercising, and taking breaks can make a big difference. I also noticed that many challenges come from lack of time, but planning helps manage it.
What inspired me is how important gratitude and support from others are in reducing stress. It shows that emotional and social well-being are just as important as physical health.
These ideas connect to what we learned in class about holistic health, which includes physical, mental, and social well-being. It also relates to stress management and building healthy routines.
