Course Reflection

This course has helped me understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition, physical activity, and goal setting. I have learned how to apply the SMART goal method to improve my daily habits.

 

Creating this e-portfolio allowed me to reflect on my personal health and make positive changes. It also helped me develop important skills such as planning, organizing, and self-evaluation.
