My SMART goals
Setting clear goals helps me stay focused and track my progress. Here, I have outlined four SMART goals to improve my health, fitness, and overall lifestyle in a structured and achievable way.

Move your body, strengthen your mind :
1. Physical activity
I will exercise for 30 minutes, 5 days a week for the next 4 weeks to improve my fitness.

Help yourself by eating healthy:
2. Healthy eating
I will follow a balanced diet and avoid junk food for 1 month.

body works best when it’s properly fueled with water :
3. Hydration
I will drink at least 2 liters of water daily for the next 30 days.

Rest is the foundation of health :
4. Sleep routine
I will sleep for 7–8 hours every night for the next 4 weeks.
